Improving Lives

Underpinning all our work is our passion for improving the lives of young people.

We believe everyone has the right to maximise their potential, but often young people miss out because 'life-changing' opportunities fail to engage them.

Our activity can boost the lives of young people in the following ways:

  • Education
  • Employment
  • Health & wellbeing
  • Sport & participation
  • Social action & volunteering
  • Charity
  • Involvement in local decision making

Young people fail to engage for a number of reasons: a lack of confidence, lack of awareness or a perceived perception that there is "nothing in it for them".

This is why we don't rely on direct communication as the primary channel to reach young people. By understanding and engaging their influencer network we tap into the people who have an equal investment in the development of young people such as parents, teachers and youth leaders.

By utilising and engaging this group of people we can indirectly target positive messages around employment, education and community engagement.

We work with organisations to source potential audiences (often in hard-to-reach areas) and develop & facilitate activity that generates real engagement and in many cases changes attitudes and behaviours.

By improving youth engagement we can create a more healthier and engaged group of citizens which will turn improve local communities and national democracy.
